There's a Youtube channel (Historical Italian Cooking) that deals in ancient Italian cooking and, while it seems really interesting, I unfortunately can't clearly understand the host due to his accent and intonation. I speak Italian so it's somehow doubly frustrating but, regardless, I plan to power through some videos and try some out soon.
