correct, unpasteurized.

this is a pretty good start for raw milk (pdf). http://f2cfnd.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/newRawMilkProdu.... another good book is 'Keeping a family cow' http://www.worldcat.org/oclc/1021099243

There is a lot on youtube, instructional wise. Some of the challenges were more just the learning process. For raw milk itself, the mainstream society has a very different view on it. The reason why I went with it is a bit of a long story. My gastro wanted to switch my meds to a drug that would put me at higher risk of complications to even just the basic of colds. If that failed I was going to need to have my colon removed. Figured I'd take the gamble with raw milk. At first purchased it from a few farmers. After a few weeks on it my condition began to improve, a few months later I was in remission. A few of the farmers went under so I decided to get my own cows cause I have the land. I don't sell. I use everything I produce. I personally prefer a mix of breeds over just holsteins (edit; https://www.pelliclemag.com/home/2020/1/28/men-who-stare-at-...). I try to do everything so its biodynamic and add back to the land. Still a learning process.
